Soil Conservation Districts of New Jersey are subdivisions of State government, through New Jersey Department of Agriculture, organized under the New Jersey Soil Conservation Act, NJSA 4:24-1 et seq. As a public subdivision of the State, all Board Meetings are subject to public notice and open public attendance. Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, CIO: 4-18, the Ocean County Soil Conservation District (OCSCD) Board of Supervisors will be meeting the second Thursday of every other month, at 8:00 a.m., in accordance with our schedule. Special meetings will be duly announced. OCSCD hereby announces the agenda (scroll below) for the upcoming District Board of Supervisors Meeting.
