Soil Conservation Districts of New Jersey are subdivisions of State government, through New Jersey Department of Agriculture, organized under the New Jersey Soil Conservation Act, NJSA 4:24-1 et seq. As a public subdivision of the State, all Board Meetings are subject to public notice and open public attendance. Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, CIO: 4-18, the Ocean County Soil Conservation District (OCSCD) Board of Supervisors will be meeting the second Thursday of every other month, at 8:00 a.m., in accordance with our schedule. Special meetings will be duly announced. OCSCD hereby announces the agenda (scroll below) for the upcoming District Board of Supervisors Meeting. This announcement is forwarded to the Asbury Park Press, The Press of Atlantic City, and the Ocean County Clerk.
